7 mile solid tempo averaging 6:28.2/mi. Moderate wind from the north made the paces uneven. Wasn't working as hard as the last time I did this, because I was content to keep the pace there. Didn't run yesterday because of a pain just above my left knee, which I suspect is related to an overworked quad that has bothered me a little since before the half. Not sure why it flared up then. Maybe the track workout pushed it too far, and then A kept us up much of Saturday night with a fever. Anyway, it's no big deal even though now I haven't run 80 miles in a week for a while. Icing my leg now. It's only a little tight.
