First run without walk breaks since Oct. 30. Felt super out of shape, and I'm carrying 5-6 extra pounds. GCT balance started ok but gradually got worse throughout the run. It's not just form. It's weakness, and probably a weak right calf. It's no coincidence that that's where my injury is.
