Got up late and ran an hour and a half later. So this was a transition toward morning runs. Also my longest run since coming back. Felt far and my HR was probably higher because my body isn't used to running at this time. Upper legs felt strong - maybe from my first stab at (light) squats and hanging lower ab exercises a couple days ago. Lower legs still struggling, though I'm also doing single-leg calf raises. Aerobically I'm a mess and feel like a blob of fat (14%).
