2 x 2 miles on rolling hills in UP. Hot and sunny in the afternoon, so I rested 4 min. between intervals. The second mile of my first interval was not that fast, and the first mile of the second was not that fast, but it probably averages out right. Water was sloshing around in my belly. I like this course for 2 mile intervals, which I tried for the first time today. I was working pretty hard, especially because of the heat and hills, but not killing myself. It felt good to run hard for the first time in a while.
