6 x .25 mile (1:30 rests). Encouraging that my calf and hamstring can do this. Wore VFs and didn't notice any calf issues at all. Hamstring complained a bit but hung in there. No sharp pains. Form very bad, struggling to approach anything near even. Lots of work to do, but maybe my body will now let me do that work.
