Twice around the basin loop, which turned out to be around 9.25 miles, so I added on a bit to get 20. Pace was 7:38 at halfway, so the second half was 7:25. Stupidly I forgot my hat and suffered from the sun on the second loop. That and the second climb up the hill to Karia left me pretty wasted after 15 miles. My pace remained ok but I took some breaks then, in addition to planned ones earlier at springs. 3 gels and 2 saltsticks. On the warm and humid side today for Lefkada, but not a heat wave.
