Inaugural Navy-Air Force Half-Marathon (added to the Navy 5-miler) downtown on much of the Cherry Blossom course, but continuing further up Rock Creek Parkway. Official time 1:26:34, so 6:36 pace. I went out fast and suffered. In the fourth mile I already started loosing it, and eventually I fell back to marathon pace, which felt like a crawl. At 10 miles, I was 13 seconds behind my Cherry Blossom time. I guess this is good marathon training, though I'd have preferred running a better race. 39th place overall.
