66/52. 5 x 1 mile (3 min.) from 6:30 down to 6:10. Spectacular weather, though a bit windy. First workout at UMD track, along with lacrosse camp, some other runners, and some workers who had all but lane 1 covered with wood. Not actually too disruptive, though. I felt heavy and not smooth. But the first 3 repeats felt pretty easy. Then 4 and 5 were suddenly pretty hard.
