2 x 2 miles (3 min. rest). Daniels says: 2E, 2x2T (2 min.), 1 hour easy run. I figured that adds up to 14 miles at my pace. I had to run further up front to get to where I wanted to do the tempo intervals, between which I rested an extra minute because that's how long it took to get to where I stashed my water. Then afterwards I just ran the remaining distance I needed to get to 14 miles. Surprisingly, I felt strong at tempo pace and didn't wear out much, though I was pretty wasted for the easy miles afterwards, but not as much as last time.
