Notes
Given my set-backs recently, I decided to treat this ATM like the 10 mile MP workouts Ryan used to give me early in a marathon block. Didn't get to the bathroom before the race and didn't care about my time, so I stopped for a couple minutes in the first bathrooms available in mile 2. Held low 6:50s the whole time except for on the bridge, where my pace slipped a bit but I maintained the same effort. I doubt I realistically could have run much faster today (look at my HR) and surely would have blown up if I had tried to. But this felt solid. Hamstring whined a bit, but like a weak muscle, not like an injured one. Brand new VFs felt amazing. I should save my next run in them for Rehoboth.
