Windy and right at the temperature for which it's impossible to dress comfortably. As usual, I chose to err on the side of underdressing: shorts, a long-sleeved tech shirt, and a sleeveless tech shirt on top, with gloves but no hat. I never felt good, and to make matters worse all the drinking fountains were off. After 6 miles I found one that was on, but I took only a swig because I expected others to be on as well.
