Steady long run. Same loop as before, turning around at 13.1, which was about .1 short of ideal. DIdn't feel great the whole time, perhaps because of the same things I speculated about a couple days ago. Hips and the tops of my hamstrings, esp. on the inside, ached for much of the latter half of the run. Carried a 12oz bottle of water and dumped it at the zoo, leaving me with my usual 3x8oz bottles after that. Tried some GU chomps, which are great.
