10 x .25 mile (1:00). This was my original plan for today, but the other day I changed it to 4 x 1 mile (2:00) because of the upcoming ATM. While warming up this morning, though, I really didn't feel like doing that 3 days after my first MP run of this block, so I switched back to intervals and it felt right. Needed to get the legs moving without holding it for long. Felt pretty strong, could have done more.
