Didn't run yesterday because 1) I wasn't recovered from tuesday, 2) I'm supposed to be tapering, 3) my left calf hurt, and 4) I was busy grading. Last night I was up late with 4) as well, so I didn't run today until afternoon. Was planning 6.5 miles but had no pace plan. Started near MP because I felt strong, and stuck with it. Felt better than Tuesday. Afterwards, my left calf is ok but my right upper hamstring is a bit sore. Wondering whether to target 3:10 or 3:15. Thinking beyond the MCM to future training, which I like better than racing.
