Furthest I've run on the unpaved NW Branch trail, which I chose today because of the shade. It's tough in places with the terrain and steep ups and downs. I chose the wrong shoes because my ankles aren't well held in these tall, squishy NB RC Elites, which are best for long runs on the roads. Tired from yesterday's retreat, so I slept in and did this in the PM.
