14 x 400m cruise intervals with 100m recoveries. Ran with Anna, Brian, and a guy whose name I didn't catch. Last two solo. Kept it easy enough that I was able to get faster on the last few without pushing. Coach said the goal is volume, not speed. Sean and Armand were a bit ahead of us.
