Notes

4 x 800 (400 + full recovery) in 2:57, 2:53, 2:50, 2:50. Crazy warm weather for the first day of winter, and again (!) really windy. The wind may have affected me the most so far this time, but at least there were no puddles on the track. I planned on doing a fifth interval but just couldn't, perhaps because I hadn't eaten enough today beforehand and felt weak from the beginning (not to mention the unusual warmth). Skipped the PVTC Christmas Caper today because A is still sick, and anyway it seems better to skip it for training purposes. Next time I need to go longer: 3 x 1k, then 4 x 1k. After that, maybe do a single session involving some faster 400's, then move up to 1200m. LC #1, pedestal 40, myrtl.
