2 x 4 miles @ MPish (again a bit fast). Ended up taking a 4 minute break in between, because that's how long it took to walk to the drinking fountain and get a drink. Very windy and 57ish degrees. Still feeling last weekend's race, but hopefully this will help me get back on track. Not hard, but I don't like my heart rate going above 160 for this.
