3 x 1000 (600) I at 5:49, 5:46, 5:42 paces. I used the treadmill because I'm not entirely well yet, and it got wintery again. It snowed about an inch this morning, though much of it has already melted by afternoon, and it's somewhat windy. I'm surprised how non-hard this was, given that I've been sick, even though it's on the treadmill. Wasn't easy, though. LC, pedestal, myrtl.
