Scaled down tempo intervals both to ease into tempo runs and to get used to something around or just faster than half marathon pace. First one felt a bit rude, mainly because I wasn't all that awake and it was windy. But then I got used to it. It didn't feel fast, just a bit uncomfortable. Hip ached some but not a lot.
