I went into this year's Bread Run with low expectations, given that Richmond was a month ago and I haven't gotten back into much training yet. But I was stronger than expected and only 5 seconds off my course PR from last year. My hip felt good during and after, so the glute medius exercises are paying off. More faster people ahead of me this year: 15th OA.
