74/58. Average pace 6:27.4. Continuous 6 mile tempo back and forth on the metro trail. Somewhat of a head wind in the uphill direction. Felt hard but never too hard. In the first mile or so the pace felt fast, presumably because I haven't been running at all fast lately. Need to remedy that.
