Similar to yesterday, but slightly better (and slightly warmer). Left quad still a problem, and I still stopped, but I eventually dragged myself a mile further. When I stop and walk, my quad immediately feels better. I suspect that it's at least partly my running form. Maybe I'm not engaging my left glute enough and pulling that leg behind me? Maybe I'm not engaging my "deep core" enough? Struggle is the only way to fix this.
