Great, moderate-to-hard run on hills. Gels at 2.3 and 9.5 miles, with water there and at 5.7, where I took a saltstick. Drank water from springs with my hands, carrying no bottle. Powered up all hills with a steady pace. Kept the flats and downhills easy toward the beginning, then gradually let them drift faster as I got going. Muscles tired all over for much of the run, but it didn't slow me. Afterwards, but not during, my hip muscles were quite tired.
