Plus 6 strides on dirt (which is ok) then gravel (which is too slippery). Intended to do strides on the track but found a meet occurring. Left rear hip a bit sore before running from treatment yesterday evening. But when running that was fine and instead my quads felt sore, maybe from the handful of unweighted squats I added to my post-run routine a couple days earlier? Irene from the PT office suggested yesterday that the tightness on my left rear hip that I described from the previous run may be my piriformis and that I have piriformis syndrome. She suggested a stretch with the left foot on the right knee, pushing down the left knee.
