SLR added on to the 13 mile Southeast DC route. Followed a group running 20 but walked the last 2 miles. Intended to run 18 from the beginning, but didn't intend just that to happen. High HR and felt crappy from allergies or a cold or whatever it is. Good to be back at SLR, though.
