Adjusted Garmin. 2 x 1 mile T (1 min.) @ 6:13 down and 6:21 up (windy both ways but especially up). Pace felt slow, but I felt out of shape and stopped because of my stomach, which has been off for 24 hours or so (associated with my low weight today). There was some strain in my hip, but it didn't seem to be any big deal and it vanished when I stopped. I should be good for 4 x 1 next week, maybe on the track though.
