Notes
3 x 1 mile in 6:25, 6:18, 6:10 with 2:00 jogs. Reduced from 4 to 3 because I'm feeling tired after a busy day yesterday (and maybe increased mileage), and my left medial hamstring is a bit tight. Also conscious of Sunday's race. That and the nicer weather made this a fairly moderate effort.
