Very humid and dew point at 68. Ate too little last night and woke up underweight, so in the morning I ate more than usual and waited longer before running. Felt very good for about 10k, and after 8 miles my average pace was 7:23. But then suddenly the dew point, not eating enough, and perhaps yesterday's race took their toll. I had to sit down for a while and then jogged the remaining two and a half miles, dropping one planned mile.
