14.8% - 3 x 3:00 (2:00) @ more of a tempo pace, even dipping a bit into threshold HR such as it is. Left calf was speaking up on the warm up but was totally fine during the workout and cool down. Might just be a whiner. Definitely shouldn't be running faster than this right now if I'm going to extend the interval times. Hold it more or less there until you get all the way to a continuous 3 mile tempo around that pace.
