1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 min. with half recoveries. First run in the Puma Deviate Nitro Elite (details on Strava). Thrown off by part of the path around the lake being closed for tree work. But also I'm just not very fit and these shoes are slower than VFs. Anyway I'm getting used to them. Solid workout, though.
