62/61. Light 3-2-1 tempo (3 min and 2 min standing rests). Was supposed to run 6:30-35 the whole time, but it felt easy enough running the pace I did. Lower back and hamstring a bit tight on the right side, and I had some trouble keeping my cadence up. But the pace wasn't hard.
