5 easy progression as a warm up, then 4 mile tempo progressing from 6:30 to 6:00 pace and averaging 6:18, then 2 mile cool down averaging 8:00 pace. First time running that fast on a treadmill, which is easier than it is outside. But I'm woozier afterwards than I expected. Right calf is fine.
