76/72. 5 x 1km in 3:55 avg. (1 min. rests.). Felt good, wanted to run faster. Cooler with a slight breeze today, but still humid. I was still drenched but the breeze cooled me down nicely afterwards. Left calf is much better today, but I should keep icing and rolling both calves to make sure they're totally loose on Sunday.
