Notes
3 x (1, 2, 3 min.) with equal recoveries. First workout in 3 1/2 weeks. A bit warmer than it's been recently but not nearly as warm or humid as it was the last time I did a workout. Actually felt ok and maintained my pace throughout. Back/hip not normal yet but seemed to turn a corner Friday night. Took yesterday off nonetheless because, as I keep writing, I'm protecting my calves by easing back into things. At this point running faster feels better than running slowly. Whether walking or running slowly feels less bad goes back and forth. Actually ran 29 miles this week.
