Notes

8 x 1 km with 90 seconds rest, again targeting 6:25-35/mi. pace. Again I ran faster, averaging 3:56.23 per kilometer, which seems to be 6:20-1/mi. pace. The shorter rest and higher humidity today left me breathing harder than last time, and maybe having been sick played a small role too. But I was ok and felt good getting back out there and doing a workout again. My ankle was fine. This is the first time since I sprained it that I didn't notice it at all while running. But it's still slightly swollen and I do notice it when I'm not running. Still icing it occasionally. This time I also switched my Garmin over to km for just this workout, so the interval distances are accurate.
