Hugh Jascourt 4-miler. 13th overall and actually won my age group, but they went by 10 year increments and 2 45-49 guys beat me (Sean and another guy). Was thinking 6:15 pace beforehand, but it was more humid than I expected (and I hate trying to run fast on the towpath). Got out a bit fast but then ran pretty evenly. Good sharpener.
