3 x (4, 3, 2 min.) with equal recoveries. Wind messed up my Garmin. I ran just over 6 loops, which should be 8 or 8.1 miles. Obviously it recorded the 2 min. intervals as slower than they were. All were on the same (south) end of the loop. I feel super strong but not especially fast. Still, I think I can get a bit more speed back online from upcoming sharpening workouts, after the long tempo this coming weekend.
