Right upper quad still tight. In fact, it feels worse than a couple days ago in the swing phase. I should be stretching and rolling it more. Note that a few days before Richmond, when I saw Josh about my left quad, he said my right quad was the only tight place he noticed. I had been working on my left quad after the last big workout but neglected the other leg. Also, today I wore toe socks for the first time while running and forgot about them almost immediately.
