3 x 3 miles in 6:23, 6:19, 6:17 (6:20 average) with 3 minutes rest between sets. Not very windy anymore but lots of rain last night and today. A's school was closed because of it. But luckily there was a window in the early afternoon with no rain when I ran. It was humid, and the ground was wet and littered with sticks and leaves. The river wasn't too high, though, so I could use the path. Garmin paces are uneven but I didn't run that unevenly. The averages seem right. Felt strong. Gels and water between sets. It started hailing around an hour after I got back home.
