Notes

Intended to run 15 and took some breaks. Felt great until around 9 miles. Instead of slogging through 6 more miles, I stopped at 10 and took the metro home. This is supposed to be a down week, so why push things? Anyway I'd prefer to keep my pace up but would have needed to slow down if I kept going today.
