78/69, but when I left the dew point was 73 and humidity 99%. Fartlek 5, 4, 3, 4, 3, 2, 3, 2, 1 min. at 10k effort with equal recoveries. Slow but finally a run felt good, perhaps in part because I ran just after dawn, in spite of sleeping only fitfully for maybe 4 hours.
