Notes
Wore a mask for the first time (the maxi-mask from Rite Aid, but not the Rite Aid brand). Not pleasant: hot and hard to breathe, glasses fog up, people stare (that's why I stayed on the metro trail). I also had a migraine this morning for the first time in almost exactly a year, although it was a weak one. So I tried to offset both of those misfortunes by wearing my PureConnect shoes, which are awesome. These must be the best running shoes I've ever worn: so natural and comfortable, effortlessly smooth, light, and fast. My legs are much less sore than yesterday, but there is still some soreness and stiffness.
