45 min. at MP on Kenny's recommendation. I was overdressed at first, then felt better after shedding some clothes. But my stomach was uncomfortable by the end, maybe because of a beer and tylenol last night. My stomach felt off beforehand as well, so it wasn't just from the run. But it brought back memories of the MCM last year. I can run this pace for four times this distance only if my stomach cooperates.
