4 x 1 mile just under 6:20 in dramatically better weather. Adios Pro 2 feels blocky when I try to run fast. Maybe MP will feel good. But I just can't get going much faster than 6:15 or so, although maybe it's not so much the shoes. The shoes feel better to me at easy and recovery paces than faster.
