Entire workout: 6E, 2T@6:18, 4E, 2T@6:18, 2E = 16 miles total. Ate one gel after the 6E, then one at the beginning of the cool down. Felt light and weak at the beginning, but the tempo segments were fine. I was low on energy and hungry by the second one but stuck it out.
