Was supposed to do a 16 mile progression down to 6:45-50 and went with the front group at SLR, which turned out awesome. I was pretty tired by 13-14 or so but hung in there. The slower 15th mile was part;y because of hills on the Custis trail. Glute was pretty tight the last couple miles. Almost didn't go to SLR but, as always, I'm so glad I did.
