Fartlek: (1, 2, 3), (1, 2, 3, 4), (1, 2, 3) min. w/ half recoveries. Strong tailwind in the first half and headwind in the second. Again started wearing down during the second half, but a little better than last time - plus slightly longer with half recoveries. So moving in the right direction, but slowly.
