84/55 (178). Woke up with sore hip flexors, especially on the left side. So I didn't run in the morning, but by afternoon it was much better, and this run seemed to loosen things up further. I noticed that way up at my hips, where they tend most toward soreness lately, the muscles are tight when I stand up unless I lean forward just a bit. My torso needs to be just barely in front of my hips to relax them. Hokas feel great: no irritation of the right little toe this time.
