Entire workout: 2 easy, 4 x 1 mile T @ 6:18/mi. (1 min.), 10 easy, 2 x 1 mile T @ 6:28/mi. (1 min.), 2 easy = 20 miles total. Perfect weather: started cool (60-ish) enough to weather short sleeves and was 66 when I got home. Not as difficult as last time, presumably at least in part because of the cooler weather. I could have done another tempo mile at the end but didn't have it in me to dig that deep. Felt strong - the distance was no problem. Lower back on the right, along with the old glute/upper hamstring area, was tight from early on.
